General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
§ 1 Scope These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via the website "Sun Smile Tourist" between Philipp Dörling (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer regarding the booking of tours and excursions in Egypt.
Section 2 Conclusion of Contract (1) The presentation of the tours on the website does not constitute a binding offer. (2) By completing the booking process and clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding offer. (3) The contract is concluded as soon as the provider sends the customer a booking confirmation by email.
Section 3 Prices and Payment Terms (1) All prices quoted are final prices. (2) Payment of the booking price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. The available payment methods are displayed during the booking process.
Section 4 Execution of Tours (1) The provider organizes the booked tours in Egypt. (2) The provider reserves the right to cancel tours at short notice or to adjust the program due to force majeure, official orders, or extreme weather conditions. In this case, the full purchase price will be refunded or the customer will be offered an alternative date.
Section 5 Cancellation Policy by the Customer The customer may withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the tour. The date of receipt of the cancellation notice at sunsmiletourist@gmail.com is decisive. The following cancellation fees apply:
Up to [7] days before the start of the tour: free cancellation.
[6] to [2] days before the start of the tour: [50]% of the booking price.
In case of no-show or cancellation less than 48 hours before the start: 100% of the booking price.
Section 6 Liability The provider is liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the provider is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper performance of the contract.
